24/7 & Live-In Care
Round-the-clock coverage, either one live-in caregiver in the home or a shift team so someone is awake at 3am. This is the call most families make after a fall, a wandering night, or a hospital discharge.
Request an assessmentPremier Home Care sends trained, insured caregivers into the homes of Southern California seniors, for a few hours a week or for every hour of the day. Their own bed. Their own kitchen. Their own routine.
Premier Home Care provides non-medical home care for seniors across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties.
We take over the parts of the day that got harder. Getting out of the tub. A hot meal instead of crackers. A steady arm on the four steps down to the driveway. The 9am pills, taken at 9am. It is ordinary help, and it is the difference between staying in the house on the corner and moving somewhere nobody has ever slept.
Start with a free in-home assessment. We come to you, learn the routine, and put the cost in writing. No obligation, no scripts.
Tell us a little about your situation. A care coordinator calls you back within one business hour.

3am on a Sunday is where home care gets real. That is the shift that gets cancelled, called out of, and quietly left uncovered.
Premier is a family-owned agency, and around-the-clock coverage is what we are built for. Live-in caregivers who actually live in. Shift teams where someone is awake while the house sleeps. Overnights, weekends, and the holiday week when every other agency is short.
Every caregiver is screened, background-checked, and insured before their first shift. That is the floor, not the headline. The headline is the daughter in Encino who stopped setting a 2am alarm to check her phone.
We are accredited, we hold an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, and the person who answers your call works here.

Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and medication reminders, done with the door closed and the dignity intact. The help that keeps a person in their own bathroom instead of a shared one.
Request an assessment
Familiar routine, calm redirection, and a caregiver who does not argue with a memory. Safety checks on the stove, the front door, and the stairs, in the home that still makes sense to them.
Request an assessmentSomeone in the chair across the room. Errands, appointments, a walk to the mailbox, a hand of cards at four in the afternoon. For many families this is the first call, before anything physical is needed.
Request an assessmentThe first three weeks home after a hospital stay are when most people go back in. We cover the discharge instructions, the follow-up appointments, the meals, and the fall risk while your parent is still unsteady.
Request an assessmentWe tell families this on the first call, so nobody spends two weeks on the wrong agency.
Most of our families pay directly, usually out of retirement income, savings, or a shared arrangement between siblings. You get an itemized rate at the assessment, hourly and live-in side by side, and you can change the plan month to month as needs shift.
If your parent has a long-term care insurance policy, bring it to the assessment. We keep the daily care logs and itemized invoices carriers ask for before they release benefits, and we send them where the carrier wants them.
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. If that is how your family needs to pay, say so on the call and we will point you toward agencies in Los Angeles, Ventura, or Orange County that do. It costs you nothing and it saves you a week.
Different families, the same sentence in different words: someone shows up, and someone picks up the phone.
We needed overnight coverage after my father’s second fall, and two other agencies told us three weeks. Premier had someone in the house that Friday. Rosa has been with him since August.
My mom has Alzheimer’s and she does not do well with new faces. They sent the same two caregivers every week instead of rotating strangers through. That one decision changed our year.
The long-term care insurance paperwork was the part I was dreading. They kept the logs, sent the invoices in the format the carrier wanted, and the claim went through without me chasing it.
Whether care starts tomorrow night or you are only gathering information, we will walk you through the options, what each one costs, and what we can actually staff this week. No obligation.
